Pinpoint Athlete’s in-person Crew training is a structured science based approach aimed at maximising your body’s potential in athleticism.

Each session is coached live on the gym floor, with a clinical focus on correct and safe technique, desired session intensity, accountability, appropriate recovery and tracked progression’s in strength and fitness levels.

Every athlete is coached to their CURRENT athletic ability and eased into our system. We hold all our members to values based on respect, community first and agreed levels of commitment. (Everyone has a different level of commitment as life gets in the way.)

We make every individual fitter, faster, stronger, more mobile, healthier and self motivated. The group setting doesn’t feel like group training as you will be placed in a small 4-5 person crew that helps you with technique and session flow.

It's intimidating to walk in, BUT REWARDING once you walk out. We create consistency, positivity and camaraderie in your lifestyle - driving you to train at a new level, move better and surprise yourself with the levels of athletic performance you never thought possible from your body.

These sessions are ideal for athletes and GENERAL gym goers of all levels who want structured training, real coaching and a community that shows up and works.

All we ask is that you commit to yourself and always stay positive to other members. Thats the key.

Mon-Fri - 5am, 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 11am

afternoon Crews

Mon-Thurs - 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Fri - No Afternoon sessions

Crew styles

Every crew is a mix of genders and capabilities. Some play sports, others just want to learn to be athletic.

11am is a crew designed for busy business men and women.

4:30pm Is a mix of juniors and seniors who all play sports.

All other crews are open to all abilities and athletic levels.
