Pinpoint Athlete’s in-person group training sessions in Newcastle are built for those who want more than just a workout. These sessions combine structured programming, expert coaching and a high-energy team environment to push your performance to the next level.

Each session is coached live on the gym floor, with a strong focus on proper technique, intensity, accountability and progression. Whether you’re training alongside the Mixed, Female or Male Crew, every athlete is coached with intent and held to the same standards that define Pinpoint Athlete.

Expect strength work, conditioning, skill development and mindset coaching delivered in a supportive but demanding environment. The group setting creates consistency, competition and camaraderie - driving you to train harder, move better and stay committed long-term.
