Pinpoint Athlete’s in-person group training sessions in Newcastle are built for those who want more than just a workout. These sessions combine structured programming, expert coaching and a high-energy team environment to push your performance to the next level.
Each session is coached live on the gym floor, with a strong focus on proper technique, intensity, accountability and progression. Whether you’re training alongside the Mixed, Female or Male Crew, every athlete is coached with intent and held to the same standards that define Pinpoint Athlete.
Expect strength work, conditioning, skill development and mindset coaching delivered in a supportive but demanding environment. The group setting creates consistency, competition and camaraderie - driving you to train harder, move better and stay committed long-term.

The Pinpoint Transformation Intensive is our highest-level coaching experience, designed for individuals who are genuinely committed to long-term result; physically, mentally, and in performance.
This is an application-only programme with very limited availability. We work with a small number of clients at any one time to maintain the highest coaching standard. If you are not prepared to commit fully, this is not the right programme for you.
Each Intensive includes in-person analysis, fully personalised training and nutrition, and ongoing high-touch coaching with twice-weekly 1:1 check-ins. Every decision is made around your goals, lifestyle, performance data, and progression - with no generic templates or shortcuts.
